Class Description

at Southfork Grange - 317 Rosewell Street in Lostine Butchering - 10am-12pm Wrap - 1-3pm Learn how to safely and respectfully butcher a lamb. Every participant will be able to take home lamb they have prepared! Free Participants are welcome to attend one or both classes. Registration required, space limited to 8 participants.
